Unusual behavior while opening entities from search results

When a user searches for an entity using search box from the top navigation panel and applies filters as well. Then from the filtered result if he tries to open Entities then there is some unusual behavior for some entities

For SQL Explores - UI is breaking

For Models - Model not found error

For Reports - Report does not exist error

For Dashboards- Dashboards are not loading

For Metric Alerts - Not even opening

Didn’t see the mentioned issues, except for the metric alerts, which we will get fixed.
