Schedule delayed alerts to include the project/org name in the subject.
If the resources from different projects/orgs have the same name, then the schedule delayed alerts can be collated into a single conversation in the email box. Hence, they may get missed if received around same time for same users.
Adding the project/org name to the subject would make it more clear and such emails won’t get collated into conversations, thus avoiding the chance of it getting missed.
