Missing exact error trace for ingestion and model build jobs when it fails at Kubernetes end

Concern: When ingestion or model build job fails at kubernetes end then it won’t show the exact error message. Again solution team need to check the kubernetes logs for the exact error message. This is an issue for the clients who manage their own compute.
