By default the data import is opened in CARD view and when we change the view to TABLE, then the position of header row is dependent on the position of the 1st row of data source in the card view at the time the view was changed.
In this case the first row in card view is at bottom, and when the view is changed to TABLE view then the header is at bottom as shown in pic and even after scrolling the header is not coming upwards.
In this case the user will not be able to see more than 3-4 records in table view.
If the user want to see large number of records in table view than the user should go to the card view, scroll so that the first row will be on the top and then shift to table view.
