In Explores, **Updated At** does not update in case of failure. Also, on view screen, output is not getting refreshed if explore fails

Explore failed and in output at edit page it gives the following error, where Updated At is showing run time for the previous successful run.

But on view screen, it still shows the previous successful run’s results.
