In file uploads, while uploading a file the three action buttons should be moved out and should be present on the upper tab as three different buttons, as it is there on the next screen.
In the first image if a user directly clicks on view activity then the activity page gets opened but when we navigate back to the previous page the information and the uploaded file get lost.
An improvement could be moving the view activity option to the next page ie on the 2nd image upper tab.
